OUR PROCESS
We optimize the process for the customers benefit.
We have an optimized order process that allows us to fulfill and cover every detail from the start of the order to the final installation.

Order received
Our sales department will review your order, if any errors are to be found the customer will be notified immediately.

Order verification
Once your order has been accepted and entered into our order system, the customer will receive a call from our sales department to verify details on the order and answer any questions the customer may have.

Schedule Installation Date
The customer’s order is now in the scheduling process and will be getting a call 3-5 days before the installation date. If the customer confirms the scheduling date, the order will be reviewed one last time and sent over to the manufacturing plant.

Installation
On the day of installation, the customer will receive a call 15-30 minutes before the contractor arrives, upon arrival the contractor will start erecting the structure. When the structure is complete the customer can inspect it and sign off on the contractor’s delivery receipt and pay the remaining balance due with either cash or check.
